Meet Rachel
A faith-driven life coach, ordained minister, and encourager of women, with two ministry degrees and a clinical behavioral-health background.

I believe that healing, growth, and transformation don't always happen in loud or crowded places. They often begin in quiet, honest moments with God and yourself. My approach is real, practical, and Spirit-led. I don't believe in perfection. I believe in progress, wisdom, and walking boldly in your God-given identity.
I'm also a wife and a mother who understands the beauty and complexity of balancing family, purpose, and personal growth. I know what it means to evolve, to question, to rebuild, and to rise again stronger and more aligned.
Before coaching full time, I spent years in behavioral health, sitting with people in their hardest seasons and helping them build a way forward. That clinical grounding still shapes how I listen, and how I help women move from where they are to who they're becoming.
Through coaching, the She Shed sister circles, and the Finding My Voice podcast, I hold space for women to be honest, to grow, and to find their voice.
"As a certified John Maxwell speaker, trainer, and coach, it is my privilege to help women grow in personal development, communication, and connection. I coach in a way that uses both the head and the heart. I have hit roadblocks in my own life and found my way through, and I want to help you do the same."
